Costa Seadrift Sunglasses

Stylish, lightweight, polarized sunglasses.

Sun Protection

I’ve been spending much more time near, on, and in water since I moved closer to a huge lake, so I’ve been looking for polarized sunglasses to protect my eyes from UV rays. Costa’s Seadrift sunglasses have been ideal for me, both functionally and style-wise.

I have a small face, so I sometimes have a hard time finding eyewear styles that fit me. The Costa website makes it easy to find frames that fit, using a fun, simple visual guide to recommend frame sizes. Costa makes lenses for a variety of light conditions, including: bright sun and open water, cloudy days or low light, site-fishing and inshore, and water sports and everyday activities.

The Costa Seadrift Sunglasses are designed for small-to-medium sized faces and have rounded rectangular wrap-around lenses. I’m used to wearing smaller frames, but I really like the look and the full coverage of the larger lenses. I also appreciate the 100% UV protection that protect my eyes from the sun and from reflected glare off of the water.

Functional and Durable

I like my eyewear to fit snugly, and have been pleased with how well the lightweight Seadrift Sunglasses fit. They don’t move around, and they aren’t tight-fighting.That means I am free to move about without worrying about my glasses. The Costa Seadrift Sunglasses come with a protective case, which helps me store them safely. Still, there are plenty of times I forget the case and have to shove the sunglasses into a jacket pocket or a daypack.

After a couple months of wear, the sunglasses still look great. I’m hard on eyewear, but these glasses are durable, with coasted lenses to protect from water, dirt, and scratches. The Costa Seadrift Sunglasses come with a protective case, which helps me store them safely. Still, there are plenty of times I forget the case and have to shove the sunglasses into a jacket pocket or into a daypack.

Bottom Line

I’m very happy with my Costa Seadrift Sunglasses. My eyes are protected, and I like the stylish frames.
