Th eye-catching Breckinridge Parka by Toad & Co gets me compliments whenever I wear it.
This versatile hybrid jacket features an insulated DWR-coated ripstop poly fabric through the shoulders and sleeves and a herringbone print recycled wool/poly blend fabric body that’s lined with the same ripstop poly fabric that covers the shoulders and sleeves.
A curved bottom hem gives the Breckinridge Parka a feminine shape, while front patch pockets add a rugged lumberjack style (and room for stashing my phone, wallet, keys, and more. The snap cuffs and standup collar are effective at keeping chills at bay.
I feel at home wearing the Breckinridge Parka on the blustery autumn streets of the Seattle, as I would in Park City, but I think I’d feel a little silly wearing it in, say, Chicago. I have to admit that I didn’t immediately love the somewhat wacky design, but it’s totally grown on me.
Available in women’s sizes XS-XL in two color combos: blue/grey, and grey/red. I found this item to run a bit slim; order up a size if you want a roomy fit.

Bottom Line: This cool jacket is a mashup of parka and wooly for gals who work and play outdoors.
