I’m a firm believer that one can never have too many bags or shoes. While I am most often wearing a day pack so I can have my hands-free, the Mystery Ranch Bindle 10 Tote Bag seduced me with its rich color palette and zippered inner pockets.
Refined, Secure, Versatile
Made out of durable 900D x 1200D poly-canvas fabric, the Bindle Tote has a much more refined feel (soft like a light canvas fabric) and appearance than my traditional nylon bags. The diagonal seams on both sides of the bag give it a sleek, urban look. Even better, they function to give the bag a wide rectangular base so the bag can stand on its own. This is key for packing!
All this storage, and I still have room for a water bottle, a change of undies, a tank dress, and my iPad mini. Perfect for a day out, a flight, or an overnight. I absolutely love that the Bindle helps me organize the pile of items I need with me when I leave the house. I can carry it as a tote or sling it across my body like a messenger back (or shoulder style). The bag has two snaps that secure the bag shut. When not in use the wide, adjustable shoulder strap can be tucked into the bag.
Colorful, Cavernous, Organized
When I first saw the Bindle, I couldn’t believe the colors. Black, grey, indigo. All saturated and solid, essential urban primary colors. Not that companies aren’t making bags in lots of fun colors these days, but the soft fabric and bold deep colors made the Bindle bags really stand out to me.
Inside the bag, more goodness: deep zippered pockets on each side of the bag, with long zipper pulls. I desperately need this type of organization (and ease of finding the zipper pulls without having to look). One pocket for essentials like my inhaler, medicine, lip balm, and disinfecting wipes. The other pocket for my wallet, passport (when traveling), parking passes, and Leatherman tool. Additionally, there are two sleeve-style pockets on top of one of the zippered pockets that I use for glasses and face mask. Of course, there’s a key lanyard!

Bottom Line: I love this bag so much. I can store my things securely and pack quite a lot into this bag. The tote handles and shoulder strap make it is versatile for a variety of outings. I also love the minimal, almost logo-free design.
