Since when did wool clothing become so soft! Ibex definitely has it figured out. I’ve been wearing my new Ibex Go To tank for a couple of weeks now, and it’s so soft that I’ve even slept in it a few times when I was too tired to change shirts.
The Ibex Go To tank, made of 100% Merino wool from New Zealand, is a great top to wear on hot or humid days because it’s naturally breathable and wicks moisture from my skin so I don’t feel sweaty. I’ve found that the hybrid wool clothing and accessories made of a wool and cotton or nylon blend seem to limit how well the wool breathes and wicks, so I appreciate the 100% wool fabric.
The longer length of my Ibex Go To tank and forgiving cut allow me to move freely (it doesn’t bunch under my armpits) and covers my behind when I’m wearing my yoga pants. The seams are fairly flat and don’t chafe my skin at all. The scoop neck of this tank looks nice and makes the tank top look more flattering than just a basic tank top.
I’ve been wearing my Ibex Go To tank (color:Almond Heather) alone and under button-down or low v-neck shirts. I love that with wool products I don’t have to wash them each time after I wear them since they don’t hold smells. I’ve only washed my Ibex Go To tank a few times by hand and let it dry over our radiator, a quick and easy process, so it’s ready to wear just a few hours later.
