Adrenaline Heater Gloves by Chaos Hats

Living in a temperate climate means that I’m usually caught off guard when it’s cold enough for a hat and gloves. This winter I’ve been happy to have a pair of Adrenaline Heater Gloves by Chaos Hats.

Theses lightweight glove liners, made out of thin, stretchy Dri-Release material (83% polyester, 11% wool, 6% spandex), are ideal for me because they pack down very small so I can keep them in my jacket packet wherever I go. I never remember to bring or wear winter gloves, so I love having the Adrenaline Heater Gloves handy. I wear them everywhere.

Since the winter temperatures where I live range between the mid-40s down to the mid-30s, I most often wear my Chaos Adrenaline Heater Gloves for hikes and for daily power walks. My hands are always cold, but they heat up quickly when I exercise so I like wearing a thin liner rather than a heavier cold-weather glove. The gloves fit well and easily fit into my regular winter gloves for colder outings.

I like the soft fabric and appreciate the “finger guards,” or Silver Smart Touch material, on the tips of the thumb and index finger that let me use a touchscreen without taking off my gloves. (I’m probably one of about 10 people in town who doesn’t have a smartphone, but I still benefit from this feature when I can leave my gloves on in the grocery store and still operate the credit card touchscreen at the checkout.)

Available in sizes S/M and L/XL (also available in Jr.) in black. Unisex. I’m usually a women’s large in gloves, and the S/M fit well. However, since I have long fingers and a long palm, I’d love it if the liner was a bit longer through the palm so that the cuff started closer to my wrist. Still, it’s comfortable and does exactly what I want it to do.

Bottom Line: I love this lightweight versatile glove liner. It’s great as workout glove  for exercising in cold weather and as a liner under a thicker glove for activities in temperatures around and below freezing.
