Hydro Flask 16-oz and 12-oz Insulated Food Containers

One downside of graduate school is eating on the go, which means eating too much junk food. One upside of addressing this problem is Hydro Flask’s 18-ounce Insulated Food Storage Container. Another is Hydro Flask’s 12-ounce Insulated Food Storage Container!

Both containers are made out of food-grade stainless steel and vacuum insulated to keep cold food cold and warm food warm for several hours. They’re also smooth, sleek, durable, and easy to stash in the bottle pouches on the sides of my day pack or in the main compartment of my messenger bag. I’ve been using them for months, and so far, no leaks, even when they bounce around in my bag. 12_oz__Insulated_Food_Flask___Hydro_Flask

I’ve been using the 18-ounce container for blackberries, and the 12-ounce container for my favorite comfort food, dal and rice. I put the berries into the container, spray with my organic fruit cleanser spray, rinse with water, screw on the lid, and I’m good to go. Same with warm food; I just transfer from pan to container, add the lid, and I have a healthy, warm entree for my evening class dinner break.

I’ve also started tossing an empty Hydro Flask Insulated Food Storage Container in my bag when I go out to eat so I don’t need to use take-away containers. Handy, and so eco! Also a great way to save leftovers when traveling. I can save my leftovers from lunch, and eat them for my afternoon snack while they’re still warm.

The Hydro Flask Insulated Food Storage Containers are also ideal for transporting soup to a sick friend, keeping my berries from getting smushed and mushy, and storing food for picnics and camping trips.

The containers are available in plain stainless steel or coated in variety of fun colors, such as Kiwi, Mango, Pacific, and Plum
