I never liked using packing cubes that much until Eagle Creek came out with its ultra lightweight Pack-It Specter™ collection.
The pouches, sacs, and cube are so thin, lightweight, and durable that I now see the value of using them to organize my shoes and clothes. They add no appreciable weight. The ripstop nylon weights almost nothing, and the cubes all have handles that make grabbing them out of my suitcase very easy.
The Eagle Creek Pack-It Specter™ Tube Cube is the ideal packing accessory for last-minute and odd-sized items. I’m always in a hurry when I pack because I always leave it to the last minute. The Tube cube is where I stuff socks and underwear, my swimsuit and cap, and other items that I want to pack separately from my clothes.
Sometimes I use the Tube Cube for computer and iPad accessories, my medicine and vitamin bottles, and other items I don’t know what do to with. Like the other items in the Pack-It Specter™ collection, the Tube Cube is convenient, easy to quickly grab out of my bag (thanks to the nylon handle), and washable.
