I have to tell you the backbowl jacket i rdceived is far less jnsulated than what you describe

At the end of last season i purchaed my jacket through their online store
When it arrived i was suprised by how light weight it was , attributing it to the high tech nsture of their materials.
Now that it has turned colder in toronto, i tried wearing it In 1c weather and nearly froze
The jacket, to the touch feels like a rain jacket with an inner and outer layer
No insualtion to speak of

And so when i contacted their customer sefvice folks to get some answers, was advised that since it was past their 30 day return window, i had no recourse

I dont want to return it, i simply want the jacket i paid premium money for….with insulation!
Does that seem right?

What does your jacket feel like, does it feel like it has something between the inner and outer shells?
