Title Nine Print EnLIGHTen Skirt : "Twirly, Drapey, and Silkysoft"

When I think imagined this skirt, I thought it would be made out of thin, crepey material. I envisioned a fancy little go-out-for-tea skirt. But when Title Nine's Print EnLIGHTen skirt arrived, I realize that I could do so much more than that. This skirt is more of an all-purpose, every day skirt than a save-for-special-outings skirt.

As they claim, it is indeed twirly and drapey but it's not so silky -- just soft. I think the material feels too medium-weight to be "silky." I assumed is was cotton when I first put it on, but was surprised to find out that it's made out of a modal/bamboo/spandex blend. That combo gives it the durability and flexibility to be the ideal skirt for active gals and travelers.

I wear this skirt all day long, then go for my power walk in it. It's just the right length--modest enough that I feel comfortable wearing it anywhere. I like the wide waistband panel, which has an inch-wide elastic band at the top. Title Nine designates this skirt as "contemporary rise," but the way it's designed I can wear it at or below my waist or pulled down lower (the way I like it best).

I like the fun print of this skirt - the dark florals against the light blue background - it matches several of my favorite brown tanks and tees perfectly. It's also nice to have some color in my wardrobe since I tend to wear black and grey and other dark colors. (Oh, I just looked at the T9 web site, and the model is wearing a brown tank with the skirt!!)I also love the small pocket on the left side of the skirt--just the right size for a key and credit card when I'm exercising. It blends in so well with the skirt that I didn't even notice it was there until I'd worn the skirt several times.

Size wise, the skirt feels right on. I'm usually a size 10 or M in skirts, and the size M fits perfectly. In fact, I could be a bit bigger and it would still fit comfortably.
