Balanced Body Pilates Ring : Firm Up Flabby Thighs

I love my pilates ring. In addition to using it in pilates mat work, I often use it to work my thighs while watching television. I simply squeeze the ring between my thighs to work my inner thighs, then push against the inside of the ring with my thighs to work my outer thighs. The ring provides plenty of resistance, and the foam pads on the inside and outside of the ring make it comfy to use.
